The partners are Simon Oddie, Alastair Woodrow and Guy Lafferty. They have broad operating and investment experience in the international oil and gas industry and are highly experienced in the strategic selection of oil and gas related investment projects. Working together as a team, they have also been responsible for advising Gemini Oil & Gas funds since 2000.

The partners have a track record of accessing opportunities at particular points in the exploration/appraisal/development/production cycle through their network of industry contacts and have developed an efficient and fast means of evaluating investment opportunities in order to meet the most demanding requirements. They have also experienced several cycles of both strong and weak oil and gas markets and as a result are able to make rapid recommendations in relation to assets.

Simon Oddie has 31 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, including 21 years of international experience and was a founder partner in the year 2000. He was previously CEO of the Italian subsidiary of Enterprise Oil plc (formerly the largest UK independent oil and gas company), a senior reservoir engineer for ERC Energy Resource Consultants in London and an evaluation engineer with Schlumberger Oilfield Services in the Middle East.

Alastair Woodrow is a Geophysicist by background with 38 years' experience in the international upstream oil industry. He was a founding partner in the year 2000 and previously held technical roles with The Burmah Oil Company and Kerr McGee, and management roles with Aran Energy plc (executive board director), Clyde Petroleum and Gulf Canada Resources.

Guy Lafferty is a senior corporate financier with a strong emphasis on the oil and gas sector. Guy's background is as an investment banker, and has extensive experience of raising and advising investment funds. He has 29 years experience in oil & gas finance and investment and extensive knowledge of offshore tax structure, bank financing, equity fund raising and equity disposals. For the past 15 years as MD and latterly Chairman to Höegh Capital Partners Advisors Ltd, Guy has advised on asset allocation, investment strategy and investment tactics on a daily basis.

In addition to the services of the Gemini partners, Gemini Oil & Gas Advisors LLP use the consultancy services of a group of strategic advisors and technical experts from the oil and gas sector with complementary financial, technical, commercial and investment skills to assist it in providing the necessary investment advisory services.
